We offer face to face appointments either in our Ulverstone office or at your home for your convenience. We also offer appointments via zoom or over the phone.

Rebecca Templar is the owner of Ulverstone Nutritional Health, a newly established Nutritional Medicine Centre on the North West Coast of Tasmania. She is a registered Nutritionist with a qualification in Nutritional Medicine and a member of the Complimentary Medicine Association CMA2496.
Rebecca loves helping people achieve their health and well-being goals , she is passionate about educating people on how good nutrition and proper digestion can dramatically improve peoples quality of life.
While Rebecca covers a wide range of health issues her true passion lies in teaching people how to set the foundations for good health, longevity and vitality so they can move forward in their own health journey feeling confident and inspired that they are on the right track. Rebecca also has a passion for Autoimmune disease management, particularly neurodegenerative brain diseases.
Rebecca is a single Mum with two beautiful (most of the time) children, she loves reading, bush walking, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and last but certainly not least food.
